Fexoript™ 120 is an anti-allergy medicine used in the treatment of allergic symptoms such as runny nose, congestion or stuffiness, sneezing, itching, swelling, and watery eyes. It also helps treat skin allergies with itching, redness, or swelling.
Fexoript™ 120 may be taken with or without food, in the dose and duration as advised by the doctor. The dose you are given will depend on your condition and how you respond to the medicine. You should keep taking this medicine for as long as your doctor recommends. Do not stop taking it without consulting your doctor.
The most common side effects are headache, drowsiness, dizziness, and nausea. Most of these are temporary and usually resolve with time. Please consult your doctor if any of these side effects do not resolve or persist for a longer duration.
Do not self-medicate or recommend your medicine to another person even if you see the similarity in symptoms. Consult your doctor to get the most benefit. Inform your doctor if you are suffering from any problems related to the kidneys, liver, or heart. Pregnant and breastfeeding mothers should not take this medicine without consulting a doctor
Fexoript™ 120 provides relief from symptoms such as sneezing, itching, watery eyes, and a runny nose. This will make it easier for you to go about your daily activities. It rarely has any serious side effects and you may only need to take it on days you have symptoms. If you are taking it to prevent getting symptoms you should use it regularly to get the most benefit.

Breast feeding

Fexoript™ 120 is safe to use during breastfeeding. Human studies suggest that the drug does not pass into the breastmilk in a significant amount and is not harmful to the baby. Because of low milk levels and lack of sleepiness, the use of Fexoript™ 120 would not be expected to cause any adverse effects in breastfed babies.
Driving
SAFE
Fexoript™ 120 does not usually affect your ability to drive. However, you should check that Fexoript™ 120 does not make you feel sleepy or dizzy before driving or operating machinery.
Kidney
Caution
Fexoript™ 120 should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Fexoript™ 120 may be needed. Please consult your doctor. May cause excessive sleepiness in patients with end-stage kidney disease.
Liver
SAFE IF PRESCRIBED
Fexoript™ 120 is probably safe to use in patients with liver disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Fexoript™ 120 may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.
WHAT IF YOU FORGET TO TAKE ALLEGRA TABLET?
If you miss a dose of Fexoript™ 120, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
